Description of problem:
Specified HLK test does not finish in reasonable time, the driver stays in erroneous state

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spice-qxl-wddm-dod-0.17

How reproducible:
qemu with qxl device rev.4
1. Under HLK testing with said test
2. Fast loop of 100 disable-enable of QXL device (like the test does), for example using devcon utility

Actual results:
After number of disable-enable loops (10-50, depends on exact conditions) the device appears with yellow bang (error 43) in device manager due to failure to map physical memory to virtual address space, the test can't finish
