Description of problem:
We get ISE error in the situation, when we re-registre RHN proxy server. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat5.8 (spacewalk-backend-2.5.3-133)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. We have Sat5.8 and  RHN Proxy, the proxy is already installed.
2. We register this proxy to Satellite without re-configure proxy itself (configure-proxy.sh)
3. In the satellite, we open profile > "Details" > "Proxy"

Actual results:
Sat5.8 
ISE

Sat 5.7
Correct error message:
WebUI Spacewalk Proxy installer is obsoleted since version 5.3. Please use command line installer from package spacewalk-proxy-installer.

Expected results:
Correct error  message in Sat5.8


Additional info:
I'm not sure about a term "Spacewalk", but maybe it is reason for new bug for Sat5.7.

If you didn't run proxy reconfiguration after added system to a Satellite 5.8 server, it looks like a usual system from Satellite's point of view. So this BZ became 1460960
