Description of problem:
"Download CSV" for errata summary when adding errata to channel does not work. Complains with "CSV Export Failed".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create cloned channel in originalstate (no errata) - I have cloned
   rhn-tools-rhel-x86_64-server-6
2. Channels -> Manage Software Channels -> <cloned_channel> -> Errata -> Add
   -> Add Red Hat Errata -> uncheck "Package Association" -> [View Associated
   Errata] -> [Select All] -> [Confirm]


Actual results:
Two tables with "Errata Summary" and "Package Summary" are displayed with "Download CSV" links below them. See screenshot. Right one works, left one displays "CSV Export Failed" page. Full link is:

Expected results:
Should give me CSV with errata which are about to be cloned.

It is not a regression, fails on 5.7.0 as well.
