Description of problem:
When you open the HTML5 Console in CFME, its Page Title reads as  "ManageIQ HTML5 Remote Console" while it should actually say something like "CFME HTML5  Remote Console".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.16 ( but this issue has been there with previous versions too) 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to CFME and add VMware infra provider (might be reproducible with other providers too, not sure)
2.Select any running VM and on VM details page, please click on Access-> VM Console


Actual results:
VM Console will most likely open a new Tab or a Window where you will see HTML5 console. Title of this Tab/Window will read as ManageIQ HTML5 Remote Console.

Expected results:
It should read somewhere along the lines of "CFME HTML5 Remote Console"

in self_service UI it just says "noVNC"  in the title.
