This release is broken, t/30_tree.t test fails (CPAN RT#121920).

Going a little investigating, this is caused by commit https://github.com/mojotoad/HTML-TableExtract/commit/badb303cc65c8b912b10086493d74cf2dabf265c .
Reverting it makes the test suite pass and doesn't seem to cause a regression compared to 2.13.

I'll submit a pull request with a patch.
