Description of problem:
The topology view for providers displays all archived VMs. I have an OpenStack provider with 20 VMs. When opening the Topology View, I see hundreds of VMs, including archived ones, and making it impossible to use.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open cloud Topology View in an environment with archived VMs


Actual results:
Archived VMs are displayed on the topology view.

Expected results:
Archived VMs should not be displayed on the topology view.

Archived VMs are getting listed under Cloud Topology view.
