Description of problem:
current version of spice-server has opus support, opus is also included in RHEL 7, so we shoud (finally) support Opus

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spice-server-0.12.8-2.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qR spice-server | grep opus // or see if opus is in BuildRequires

Actual results:
no opus dependency

Expected results:
spice-server depends against opus

This was already fixed in dist-git, waiting for a build.
