The manual for BBDB is currently a stub, and thus bbdb.info is not installed by Fedora (cf. bug #1192873), but bbdb.pdf (with the same content) is generated and installed.  It should be removed as well.  (Probably applies to Fedora 24, too.)

I'm not sure I bother with the F24 package, as it will soon be EOL and the useless manual doesn't hurt too much.  But I'll fix newer versions.
