Condition assignments screen looks fine, but Action assignments screen cannot be tested until 1491576 will be fixed. Verified in 5.7.4.1.20171114202358_de8178a. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
