Verified in 5.8.1.0.20170623170756_3ed4411. Verification steps:
1. Run rake command rake evm:automate:import PREVIEW=false GIT_URL=https://github.com/quarckster/SimpleDomain USERID="user" PASSWORD="password"
2. Add a git repository via UI in "Automation"/"Automate"/"Import / Export"
3. In rails console run GitRepository.first.authentications.collect(&:authtype)

Actual result:
["default"] which is expected.
