virt-who roles info

Description of problem:

The pre-canned roles for virt-who are not locked by default, I think we want them to be locked. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.3.0

Thanks for the report, this is not caused by the plugin and is common for all plugin roles. It's being tracked under this upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/19039

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
