To clarify, the current ostree release in 7.3 works fine. The only issue this fixes from a user perspective is that on non-AH machines, `yum update ostree` may not pull in the needed glib2 version as part of the transaction, resulting in outputs such as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1458819.
