We suspect http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/20134 to fix this issue as well. Moving to ON_QA, rather than marking as duplicate, to verify that the use-case described in this issue is working with the fix as well

Verified on Satellite 6.3 snap 30 with rhev 4.1.8.2, network list in add interface dialog for compute profile is now populated as expected

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
