backported to fine https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/pull/1367 Verified. In ad-hoc metrics, when viewing graphs, the Rate option is available and functional. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
