Description of problem:
On the Ceph main / global dashboard, it's currently showing 0 conditions when only when there are more than 1 conditions to show. It's also showing text "Cluster have host quorum" when this is not true.

How reproducible:
In Ceph main / global dashboard, user views the very first card (Cluster card) and sees extraneous data or non applicable data.
