steps:
1. Created scap reports for host
2. Created oscap_user without admin flag, compliance manager and compliance viewer roles.
3. Logged in using oscap_user
4. Was able to see scap reports under Hosts -> Reports.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
