Description of problem:
The text 'default_organization organization' gets appended/replaced in description of Default Organization post upgrade from 6.1 to 6.2
This is very unexpected.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2.10

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Satellite 6.1 with Default Organization with no text in Description
2. Upgrade to 6.2

Actual results:
Post upgrade to 6.2, the text 'default_organization organization' gets appended/replaced in description field of Default Organization.

Expected results:
There should be no change in the description of any org during/post upgrade.
