Description of problem:
The time configurations for storage console are undocumented. The users need to know what the choices for data updates in the UI (graphs) and alerts for failures (example. failed disk). I have heard that they are 10 seconds and 50 seconds. Need to confirm and document configurable options on this and any other choices the console admin has.
