Description of problem:
When I add Satellite Config Manager and change its name, its quad icon still shows old name

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.17

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Satellite Config Manager thru Configuration->Management
2. Change its name and save changes
3. Go back to Configuration->Management page and check its name there

Actual results:
Configuration Manager still has old name

Expected results:
Configuration Manager name should be updated
