This bug is a re-opening of bug 1349533 against rhel-7.4.0

Actual Results:
  no mappings

Expected Results:
  As shown in the verification statements in comment 0 for rhel7.3, I expected OpenStack-8.0-Operational-Tools product cert mappings for channels:
   rhel-x86_64-server-7-ost-8
   rhel-x86_64-server-7-ost-8-debuginfo
   rhel-x86_64-server-7-ost-8-director
   rhel-x86_64-server-7-ost-8-director-debuginfo
   rhel-x86_64-server-7-ost-8-optools
   rhel-x86_64-server-7-ost-8-optools-debuginfo

This is still a valid bug, but likely a low severity bug.

This issue is only useful to fix to help customers move from Satllite 5.8 to Satellite 6+.
Since Satellite 5.8 has reached End Of Life on May 31st 2020 fixing these bugs for RHEL 7.9 (to be released on 8-11-2020) is irrelevant.
In addition it is too late in the RHEL 7.9 development cycle for us to be able to pull in this change as a non-blocker item.
