Description of problem:

Cu is facing a challenge in figuring out, where to find the IDs for organization and pool used for the "portal" registration method. 

They have found the organization ID in the details for a newly created activation key and the pool ID in the details for a subscription after digging through https://access.redhat.com/management/.

As searching for those terms on access.redhat.com doesn't bring up anything useful as per Cu.

Cu is expecting that documentation needs to include at least some pointers where to find those IDs.

Is it possible to simplify the steps in our support document?

What's changed:

* Updated the descriptions of the `rhel_reg_pool_id` and `rhel_reg_org` values, with instructions on how to locate them.

* Minor QOL improvement: throughout the guides, changed `subscription-manager list --available --all` commands to filter for openstack results: `sudo subscription-manager list --available --all --matches="*OpenStack*"` 

Published for OSP11 guides, and backported to OSP10.
