Description of problem: Unable to unregister an appliance from subscription without manual intervention through ssh commands.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.provision appliance
2.nav to configuration-settings-region-Red Hat Updates
3.edit subscription
4.validate + save settings
5.register appliance
6.unregister appliance

Actual results:No option to unregister the appliance through he ui


Expected results: Option to unregister appliance
