Section Number and Name: Configuring Custom Certificates

Describe the issue: There is a procedure on how to redeploy a new or custom CA https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.5/install_config/redeploying_certificates.html#redeploying-new-custom-ca but this is not explained for a new install, but to redeploy it.

Suggestions for improvement: Add the steps and variables needed in the advanced installation section
