Description of problem:
Manual partitioning causes the installation to fail.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-node 4.x

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. ovirt-node iso install
2. installation destination process
3. partitioning select "I will configure partitioning."
4. Then, whatever you choose, you will get an error during installation. 
 manual partitioning -> "click automatically" or "manual create partition"

From the attachments "Automatically or manually partitioning." and " post-script fail message screen", I guess you haven't changed the partitioning scheme from "LVM" to "LVM thin provisioning", if so, please try it, and then click "Click here to create them automatically" or "+" to create them manually.

Sorry. It was my mistake.
I had to use "LVM Thin Provisioning"
