Description of problem:

Ability via the API to remove schedule Remote Execution tasks for a future date.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Org Admin schedules a future task on a remote host
2. Determines task should not be executed and would like to remove it.

Cancelling shouldn't care whether job is scheduled or running.

Client on 6.2.12 has the issue similar to OP, but on a larger scale (2430 remote execution jobs that need to be canceled). The jobs are not all the same types of jobs, unfortunately.

It would be excellent if users could check a box next to a remote execution job and be able to cancel the task, as well as a 'select all' ability.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/20496 has been resolved.
