Description of problem:
screen recording will be stopped after 31 seconds.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.press the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R, the video recording will always end after 31 seconds.
2.# gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys max-screencast-length 0
3.# gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys max-screencast-length
uint32 0
4.the video recording still end after 31 seconds.


Actual results:
the video recording ends after 31 seconds.

Expected results:
The video recording will end according to my setting

Additional info:
1.# gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys max-screencast-length 1800
2.# gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys max-screencast-length
uint32 1800
3.the video recording still end after 31 seconds.

Sorry, I set the max-screencast-length using other user by mistake. So I will close this bug as NOTABUG.
