Description Reuben Farrelly 2005-02-01 05:50:05 UTC
Both of the initscripts that ship with readahead-1.0-1.4 do not return [ OK ]
when starting or stopping, but instead do this:

[root@tornado /]# /etc/init.d/readahead start
Starting background readahead: [root@tornado /]#
[root@tornado /]#

This is broken, if for no other reason than a lacking CR. The program is
sufficiently simple that it may be just easier to integrate it into
rc.sysinit/sysconfig and do away with the init.d files altogether?
