The storage requirements for CloudForms 5.8 have changed slightly, and users must perform some steps before upgrading their appliances to the latest version to ensure sufficient space is available on the appliance. This issue only affects migrated appliances, and will not be present on appliances from 4.5.1 and above.

The steps for resizing the disk space must be added to the migration after users stop the main services, and before they upgrade to 4.5.
