Description of problem:

For the future we should consider switching SHA1 function in PBKDF2 to SHA2 as a default.
As I don't see the implementation of a function like 'PKCS5_PBKDF2_HMAC_SHA2', 
my guess is that this also need to be done, so I am putting RFE in summary even if i don't 
know much on how we are going to approach on this.

Fixed in OpenSSL 3.0.0
