                This feature request is for users who wish to compile libvma source code from https://github.com/Mellanox/libvma within RHEL 7.4 environment
It is required that libvma is compiled with libnl3-devel source code
libnl3-devel should be available.

The libnl3-devel package is available in the -optional repos for each variant (so Server-optional, Workstation-optional, etc).
