Description of problem:
On CFME v2v dialog, in case RHV contain active ISO domain, 
marking the 'install drivers' check box opens a field called 'Drivers ISO'
with content <Script error>. 
Pressing it's drop down do not display any other options.

@Ilanit for such errors in dialogues made through automate (like the v2v dialog happens to be) please always provide the log/automation.log

Ok, reproduced locally - when no ISO domain is present in the provider the code filling the list box with ISOs failed. Fix posted u/s https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-content/pull/139

Note: current workaround is to configure an ISO domain for the target RHV infra provider in CFME->Compute->PXE->ISO domain
