Description of problem:
Need an automatic build system for tendrl packages.

Tendrl has an automatic build system for its upstream works, whereas its missing for the downstream. So, currently one has to manually upload/merge the source, update the spec file, send the patch and has to check the scratch build status. This routine work can be automated partially to avoid unnecessary time consumption and typo free. Therefore it is good to have an automatic build system for tendrl packages to upload, update spec and build a scratch build on every release. After verification of the scratch build and its status, one can trigger the final build.

List of packages need automatic build system:
1) tendrl-commons
2) tendrl-node-agent
3) tendrl-gluster-integration
4) tendrl-ceph-integration
5) tendrl-node-monitoring
6) tendrl-performance-monitoring
7) tendrl-alerting
8) tendrl-api
9) tendrl-dashboard

Expected results:
Need a jenkins job to trigger/initiate automatic build for tendrl packages
