Microsoft currently supports encrypted OS disks running on Azure, as long as the virtual machine was created using one of their images.

We'd like to have the same for Cloud Access images created using our instructions here:

https://access.redhat.com/articles/uploading-rhel-image-to-azure

In addition, the encryption process should be documented using the Azure CLI 2.0.
