This message is a reminder that Fedora 26 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 26. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '26'. Description of problem: When compiling a sample LaTeX math source file sample.tex using package texlive-newtx, compilation aborts because of a missing font file lmsntxsy.fd Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): texlive-newtx-svn40165-33.fc26.2 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add LaTeX directive "\usepackage{newtxmath}" to LaTeX math source file sample.tex. 2. Run 'pdflatex sample'. Actual results: Compilation of source file sample.tex aborts with pdflatex complaining about a missing font file lmsntxsy.fd. Expected results: Compilation of source file sample.tex with pdflatex completes successfully. Additional info: Package texlive-newtx-svn40165-33.fc26.2 includes 42 files with suffix .fd whereas the upstream package contains 44 of them. The two missing font files are just the both files lmsntxsy.fd and lmxntxexx.fd.
