Description of problem:

While verifying https://errata.devel.redhat.com/rpmdiff/show/177016?result_id=4853015 I discovered that one symlink cannot be resolved.

Yet if I manually install rh-maven33-geronimo-jms-1.1.1-19.13.el7.noarch the symlink can be resolved.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):  rh-eclipse47-eclipse-linuxtools-6.0.0-1.3.el7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run this script [1]
2. ./errataWaiveChecker.sh -e https://errata.devel.redhat.com/rpmdiff/show/177006?result_id=4852895 -p "dangling symlink" -I 
3. Review log

I've added a dependency on geronimo-jms:

When built locally, the dep is installed and the symlink is resolved.
