Description of problem:
When browsing to Services -> Requests the customer is experiencing a template error that prevents their users from accessing the details of the users

How reproducible:
all the time on affected appliance
Steps to Reproduce:
1.log in as any user (logs show non-admin user)
2.go to service => request
