Description of problem:
Today's rawhide's control-center wants to conflict with desktop-backgrounds <
2.0-27 but the desktop-backgrounds-basic package does not specify a version for
the "desktop-backgrounds" provides.

% rpm -q --provides desktop-backgrounds-basic
desktop-backgrounds
desktop-backgrounds-basic = 2.0-27

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.9.4-4

How reproducible:
Always

I'm not sure if it is smarter to add a versioned provides desktop-backgrounds in
desktop-backgrounds-basic or have control-center conflict with
desktop-backgrounds-basic < 2.0-27 instead..
