Cause:
Editing error while making changes to the code.
Consequence:
For a block device, virDomainGetBlockInfo always returned 0 for the allocation value of a sparse target device for an active QEMU domain.
Fix:
Remove the extraneous line.
Result:
The allocation value for a sparse block device target for an active QEMU domain will have the correct value as determined at the time of statistic collection.

Tested libvirt build from https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/taskinfo?taskID=13642285 Created a VM in RHV with OS disk and an additional thin provision disk (1G LV which can be extended up to
