Document URL:
- Overview

Describe the issue:
--
- Some technical preview features are available on OSD, e.g Extended Builds[1], cron/scheduled job (on 3.4) and so on.
- While, when customers asked Red Hat to enable infra side tech-preview feature (e.g ovs-network-policy), they rejected to "enable" as it is a tech-preview. (So, even it is not possible to test it without support.)

Suggestions for improvement:
---
- Please make support and utilization scope clear on OSD docs.
