Description Pavel Grunt 2017-07-14 08:53:18 UTC
Description of problem:
spice-protocol contains definitions required for rebasing other spice components (spice-gtk, spice-server).

It is needed to add a support for the streaming device. It is designed to send video streams from the remote system (virtual machine) to the client system (spice-gtk) through the spice server. Patches are proposed on the upstream mailing list: https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/spice-devel/2017-June/038184.html

Comment 6 Christophe Fergeau 2017-10-19 09:33:27 UTC
Only the rebase part is done, the support for stream device is still not in a build.
