It should not be there, as epel is not supposed to include packages available in the matching rhel version. xmlsec1 was not included in rhel 7.0, which is likely the reason why it was added to epel-7. However, the package was added to rhel-7 in 7.1, released in Mar 2015. At that time, xmlsec1 should have been removed from epel-7. That apparently did not happen until some time after Mar this year. |
