Description of problem:
On add provider view, when hawkular verification fails error with HTML tags pops
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 OSE instances
2. Log in to CFME and navigate to: Compute --> Containers --> providers
3. On the toolbar on the top of the screen navigate to Configurations --> Add Existing...
4. On the default tab ,input all the info of the 1st OSE system and press validate
5. On the Hawkular tab, input the Hawkular route of the second system
Actual results:
Error raise with HTML tags
Expected results:
Error message without HTML tags
