Describe the issue: 
In both of these sections we briefly mention that the log format is JSON. This is true in 3.4 and earlier (so we should not change the docs for those versions), but starting in 3.5 we now use the journald logging driver for the docker.service

Suggestions for improvement: 
Update JSON to journal
