Description of problem:  When trying to use pastebinit with paste.openstack.org it fails with a python trace.

Actual results:

Updating to 1.5 fixes the problem I am running it locally and I've done sctarch builds for rawhide and f26 at

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.

Still affects F27, F28 and rawhide.

I'm running F28 locally so I have scratch-builds:

I'm using the results of the f28 scratch build and can talk to paste.openstack.org
