Description of problem:
konqueror should Requires: keditbookmarks

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
konqueror-17.04.1-1.fc26

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a non-KDE spin, dnf install konqueror
2. Start Konqueror and select Bookmarks -> Edit Bookmarks

Actual results:
"Cannot launch keditbookmarks.  Most likely you do not have keditbookmarks currently installed"

Expected results:
The Edit Bookmarks dialog should be launched.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.
