This mirror seems to be misconfigured. The iso *is* at:

http://mirrors.163.com/fedora/releases/26/Workstation/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-26-1.5.iso

Where did you get that link from?


(In any case, unless that link appeared in Fedora Docs somewhere, this is not a documentation bug.)
