Description of problem:
ADD a parent shell script that will run tasks like --config / --manage_service / etc. and according to the flag will run the required playbook.

This will make the oVirt metrics management easier for the user.

After discussing with Shirly, this suggestion is a wrapper for the Ansible playbooks set we provide with the metrics package that will enable a single point of the interface via the CLI.
Sounds like a nice to have.
