Description of problem:
Our customer Detecon Al Saudia is interested in integrating RHEV into OpenStack as clustered (HA) compute resource. 
This doens't seem possible at the moment (see https://access.redhat.com/solutions/870573) so we're opening this request for enhancement to look into supporting this in future releases.
