Description of problem: Regression runs of tests/bugs/quota/bug-1292020.t are hanging in centos

How reproducible:
1/4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use centos setup
2. run tc in loop of 10 times
3. hang is noticed on dd

Lot of time since no activity on this bug. We have either fixed it already or it is mostly not critical anymore!
