Description of problem:
file conflict prevents system upgrade from F25 to F26

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Macaulay2-1.9.2-1.fc26.x86_64 
Macaulay2-1.6-32.fc25.x86_64

How reproducible: every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=26 --allowerasing

Actual results:
Error: Transaction check error:
  file /usr/share/Macaulay2/Core/factory from install of Macaulay2-1.9.2-1.fc26.x86_64 conflicts with file from package Macaulay2-1.6-32.fc25.x86_64

Expected results: successful upgrade without conflicts

A simple workaround is to 'dnf erase Macaulay2'

looks like the symlinks used in previous builds were replaced by real directories.  

Need to include some scriptlets to support the upgrade path, see also:
